Subscription prices and plan entitlements
Monthly subscriptions: International Starter US$49 and Pro US$99; India Starter ₹2,499 and Pro ₹4,999. The pricing page lists broker accounts, active strategy configurations, AI assistance, drafts, history and support entitlements. Personal Rulebook/risk checks and trade journal/session reviews are included in both plans. Applicable taxes and the complete payable amount are displayed before purchase. Annual billing is not offered at launch; it will be considered after six months of paid-cohort evidence.
When the 10% strategy fee applies
The optional AI strategy performance fee is 10% on both plans. It applies only when a customer explicitly activates an eligible Unmoved strategy and that country-and-service route is approved. Own strategies and manual trades carry no performance fee. A subscription, trial or broker connection alone does not activate this fee.
Profit basis and loss recovery
The fee is based on attributable strategy profits after trading costs and recovery of previous strategy losses. A persistent high-water mark applies: monthly billing, switching plans or reconnecting an account does not reset accumulated losses. Deposits and withdrawals are not trading profits.
Open positions and reconciliation
Do not charge on unrealised gains. Defer settlement where open losses would offset otherwise chargeable profit. The calculation reconciles attributable strategy activity, trading costs, funding movements and loss recovery before invoicing.
Monthly settlement and payment
Settle after the calendar month closes and results reconcile. Invoice within five business days; payment is due within seven days. Collect by a separate invoice or an expressly authorised payment. No automatic withdrawal from brokerage funds is permitted under this policy.
Fee disputes
Suspend the disputed fee while investigating. Customers should identify the invoice, affected strategy and records in question. The investigation reviews attribution, costs, loss recovery and cash movements before the disputed amount is resolved.
AI request accounting
One completed AI response counts as one request. Failed requests and automatic retries do not count. Monthly allowances reset without rollover. There are no automatic overage charges. Risk checks continue when the AI allowance runs out.
Trial and renewal
The trial is 14 days of Pro, once per person, with no card required. It covers demo/shadow features and no chargeable live strategy service. At expiry, access becomes read-only unless the customer subscribes. Paid subscriptions renew monthly only with explicit checkout consent, with an email reminder three days before each scheduled charge.
Changes, nonpayment and price increases
Upgrades are immediate only after the prorated difference is clearly displayed and accepted. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; preserve records and let the customer choose which configurations remain active. Failed payments have a seven-day grace period, followed by read-only access. Give at least 30 days’ notice of price increases, effective at a subsequent renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
Self-service cancellation is available at any time, with access continuing to the paid-through date. A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first subscription payment, once per customer. There is no routine partial-month renewal refund; correct duplicate, erroneous and post-cancellation charges. Applicable mandatory consumer rights take precedence. See Cancellation & refunds.
Availability and checkout boundaries
Plan entitlements do not certify that every feature is available in every country or with every broker. Features that are not yet available are marked as planned, and a route is activated only after the required approvals.
