This website
The website pages have no registration, payment or broker-connection forms; those are part of the platform. The website’s controls switch pricing regions, display product screens and navigate pages. It has no advertising scripts and does not save region choices. Email links open your own email service.
Product data categories
Depending on the features used, the product may process account/contact information, connection metadata, strategy code and descriptions, rule settings, proposals and activity records, subscription and invoice information, and support communications.
Purposes and permissions
We use information to administer your account, process the strategies you ask us to work on, connect the broker accounts you authorise, keep decision records, bill your subscription, provide support and keep the service secure. Optional marketing is not bundled into mandatory service acceptance.
Broker credentials and service providers
Credential handling differs between connection providers. Review your connection provider’s terms for how credentials and tokens are stored and what disconnecting does.
AI and uploaded strategy code
Strategy descriptions and code you submit are sent to AI and processing providers to provide the features you request. Only upload code you have the right to share, and do not upload confidential or third-party code on the assumption that it is excluded from provider processing or training.
Requests and complaints
Contact [email protected] with a privacy request and a description of the account or information involved. Do not include passwords, tokens or verification links.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets no cookies. The app stores your Firebase sign-in session and tour progress in your browser’s local storage, may send error reports to Sentry, and uses no advertising trackers.
