Operator and scope
Unmoved is a product of Uviqo Technologies Private Limited. The product brings strategy preparation, review, risk rules and decision records into one workspace. These terms describe the relationship between the operator and the customer. They do not activate a broker connection, subscription or order.
Eligibility and your account
Customers must be 18 or above and use a personal trading account held in their own name. Initial launch scope is India, UAE, UK, Australia and Singapore, subject to separate SaaS, broker, execution and AI-strategy approvals. Initially exclude third-party managed accounts, pooled funds, joint/corporate accounts and prop-firm accounts. Provide accurate information and protect account access.
Strategy logic and AI assistance
Review uploaded strategy logic, conversion differences and AI-assisted drafts before using them. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. A conversion report does not guarantee identical decisions, and a backtest does not establish future profitability. Do not upload code or material you are not entitled to use.
Your code and intellectual property
These terms do not grant a broad training licence over your code and do not establish that uploads are excluded from AI provider training. Only upload code you have the right to share.
Broker permissions and instructions
Your brokerage agreement and the permissions you grant govern the broker connection. Review the account, instrument, sizing and permission settings before enabling any execution workflow. A marketing-page click is not a trading instruction.
Pause, disconnect and existing positions
Stopping new activity, disconnecting a provider and closing existing positions are different actions. Do not assume that cancellation or disconnection closes positions or cancels pending orders.
Subscription and performance fees
The monthly subscription reference is US$49 Starter / US$99 Pro internationally and ₹2,499 Starter / ₹4,999 Pro in India, plus applicable disclosed taxes. A 10% performance fee applies only to explicitly activated eligible Unmoved AI strategies under country-and-service approval. Own strategies and manual trades have no performance fee. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unauthorised account access, market abuse, unlawful activity, security circumvention or distribution of code you have no right to use.
Service limits and risk
Connectivity, market conditions, software errors, broker actions and third-party failures can affect the service. No return or maximum realised loss is guaranteed. Allocation of responsibility, liability limits, suspension grounds and termination procedures require review against the actual service and applicable consumer protections.
